Darren's 79 Series - Sept 2023
In September 2023 we had Darren’s 2022 79 series in to transform the underwhelming vdj into the ultimate torque monster.
​
With the vehicle already having a @gslfab 4inch system fitted we got to work fitting up one of our @dieselwise ultimate performance packages.
​
This sees the fitment of a @gturbo.diesel.performance g350 set of @gturbo.diesel.performance +100 performance injectors & @pdicoolersaustralia front mount intercooler to take care of cooling all boosted airflow getting feed into the upgrade @pdicoolersaustralia single entry throttle intake.
​
An @xtremeoutback clutch kit was fitted as this is our clutch of choice for all our @dieselwise performance packages. With the gearbox out we also fitted a @mantaperformance crossover pipe to allow for more improved turbo spool & throttle responses.

All this was topped off with our @dieselwise custom remap & with the big girl strapped to dyno it did not disappoint making over 270kw & 950nm to the 35’s.

Michael's 80 Series - May 2023
In May 2023 we had in Micheal’s 80 series in with the task to turn the underpowered 1hz into a much more capable touring machine.​
​
Micheal had done some groundwork himself getting in contact with the great team @high_performance_diesel who provided him with one of their 1hz turbo kits & top mount intercooler packages to transform the tired 1hz into a much more capable package.​
​
To get the new turbo breathing a @safari4x4engineering snorkel was fitted to ensure fresh air was being taking in to get the freest flowing intake path to be able to make the most from the @high_performance_diesel kit.​
Next up we needed a system to monitor all the engine vitals so a pair of @redarc_electronics gauges & pillar pod were fitted so Michael can monitor boost & egt temperature as well as oil temp & pressure to ensure the 1hz is running healthy.​
With the power & monitoring side all taken care of it was time to hit the dyno for a custom @dieselwise tune seeing the mighty 1hz making over a 35kw & 120nm gain over stock with a huge improvement in drivability.​

Pete's 100 Series - April 2023
We got a phone call from one of our very good customers at the beginning of the year toying with the idea wanting to make some big horsepower from his beautiful 100 series FTE powered land-cruiser & naturally we here @dieselwise were all for it as who doesn’t love a good FTE build.
We got straight to work coming up with what we believe is the ultimate FTE package that would not only make great power & torque increases but also improve the longevity for many more years to come.
As a Unichip dealer we got in contact with the team @Dynomotive to organise one of their stage 3 performance packages which consists of turbo upgrade to a Garrett - Advancing Motion gtx 460 kit with full ball bearing CHRA for improved spool & the ability to run higher boost without risk of turbo failure.
Fuel system side was taken care of with a set of custom +30 injectors to improve fuel supply & reduction in heat soak when the FTE is making big horsepower all finished off with a custom @PSICO Performance airbox to help it all breathe.
The standard ecu is very limited so we went with it all being controlled via a @Unichip X with 3 port boost control for ultimate boost control & map switching functionality giving Pete so much versatility & the ability to switch between five separate modes.
Impressed is a understatement with Steve spending many hours on the dyno with the vehicle in high boost it is now making over 190kw & 650nm at the wheels! Now it not only has the looks but also the power to make most modern vehicles look like they are standing still.

Michael's 200 Series - Oct 2022
In October 2022, we have had Carter’s beautiful 200 series in for the beast mode mods that will turn it into the ultimate off road touring machine.
​
We started with the touring side of the build first which saw the fitment of an @arb4x4 frontier long range poly fuel tank to ensure the big 200 has more than enough diesel to get it to the most off grid locations.
​
Next up we fitted up a @kaymaroz rear bar with twin jerry can holders for added fuel supply & spare wheel holder which sees an additional spare added for peace of mind when off roading.
​
Suspension wise there was only one option & a set of @oldmanemu_ bp51 were fitted up with a set of @superior4x4 billet caster upper control arms in what we think is one of the best suspension packages for the 200 series with amazing off-road capabilities but still retaining better than oem on road feel for a true best of both worlds feel.
​
No point in having all the capabilities without a rim & tyre package to suit, so a set of @fueloffroad & 35’s @maxxis.tyres.australia razr were fitted now truly turning the beast of a 200 into the ultimate machine.
